The Economic Challenge
Morang is a hub for small-scale textile and handicraft production, but local businesses often lack the knowledge to market their products digitally. This project targeted 55 local entrepreneurs (mostly artisans) to transition their sales online.
Training Content (Four Pillars)

- Creating engaging content (Image/Video).
- Targeted advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

- Choosing a suitable platform (e.g., Nepali e-commerce portals or Shopify basics).
- Payment gateway integration and logistics management.
4. Financial Literacy & Digital Payments
- Understanding online transaction security.
- Record-keeping and tax compliance for online sales.
