A 10-day intensive training for young entrepreneurs to build business ideas into viable startups.

The Entrepreneurial Spark

Sarlahi possesses a strong youth demographic with high potential, but low access to formal business training and seed funding. This 10-day intensive bootcamp aimed to transform raw ideas into viable business plans.

Bootcamp Structure

Total Participants: 40 selected young innovators. Mentors: 8 industry experts and seasoned entrepreneurs.

Core Curriculum (Project Stages)

  1. Ideation & Validation: Lean Canvas Model and market research.
  2. Financial Modeling: Creating profit/loss projections and cash flow statements.
  3. Branding & Digital Strategy: Developing a minimal viable product (MVP) and online presence.
  4. Pitching: Public speaking and investor presentation skills.

Investment and Outcomes

The bootcamp culminated in a Pitch Competition before a panel of local investors and foundation representatives.

Success Metrics
