The Entrepreneurial Spark
Sarlahi possesses a strong youth demographic with high potential, but low access to formal business training and seed funding. This 10-day intensive bootcamp aimed to transform raw ideas into viable business plans.
Bootcamp Structure
Total Participants: 40 selected young innovators. Mentors: 8 industry experts and seasoned entrepreneurs.
Core Curriculum (Project Stages)
- Ideation & Validation: Lean Canvas Model and market research.
- Financial Modeling: Creating profit/loss projections and cash flow statements.
- Branding & Digital Strategy: Developing a minimal viable product (MVP) and online presence.
- Pitching: Public speaking and investor presentation skills.
Investment and Outcomes
The bootcamp culminated in a Pitch Competition before a panel of local investors and foundation representatives.
